Bakery Policies
We are a home-based bakery and our products are made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED UPFRONT TO PROCEED WITH ORDER!
WITHOUT PAYMENT ORDER IS NOT CONFIRMED!

If a payment is made, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

- On occasion we will photograph our desserts and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
- Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, tree nuts, soy, and other allergens.
Terms
Shipping
All orders are local pickup or local delivery to the West Palm Beach area. Orders can be shipped within the state of Florida; no orders containing cakes, cupcakes, or chocolate covered strawberries will be shipped due to heat and fragility!
Cancellations
For cancellations before 48 hours of delivery/pick-up date, a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid, will be payable to the customer; any cancellations thereafter will NOT be subject to a refund. If we are unable to provide your order due to emergency or any fault of our own a FULL REFUND will be payable to the customer.
